Schoonmaker Studio handcrafts all products within two days.

Look for the following image if a product is already made and ready to ship immediately:

Due to the handmade nature of my products, they may vary slightly from the photos on this site. No two products are 100% alike.

Care for your earrings:
Avoid submerging them in water,
Avoid tossing them in a handbag where they may be crushed by other items.
Silver or silver-plated items may tarnish with time and can be restored with products created to do so.

Care for your tote bags:
Unless they are listed as washable, gently surface clean only.
Avoid overloading.

custom orders

I always love creating new products from scratch. Please contact me for a quote.
Custom orders can have a lengthier processing time. Ask for details.

shipping

I ship primarily with USPS, UPS and FEDEX

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I happily support and love my international customers. I ship international products through USPS, UPS and FEDEX.
Schoonmaker Studio is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

COST CALCULATIONS
I do my best to apply fair shipping costs to each order. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

returns

My policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Personalized and customized goods cannot be returned unless the product arrives defective.

Gift cards are not returnable.

REFUNDS
To return your product (please contact me first if the item arrived defective), mail to:

Unless it arrived defective, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Consider using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot gaurantee that I will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days (usually sooner).
